Plaza North is a high profile new retail/office project in Austin, Texas currently under development. All of the site infrastructure and utilities have been installed. Plaza North is conveniently located on the frontage road of the North MoPac highway ("Loop 1") adjacent to the regional St. David’s North Austin Medical Center.
Plaza North consists of three distinct uses:
- Regional bank facility. PlainsCapital Bank is currently under construction on a "flagship" 6,000-s/f regional bank facility at the main entry to Plaza North.
- 34,000-s/f three-story medical/professional office building with an under-building garage. The architecturally unique shell office building is slated for completion in May, 2010. The building is available in whole or in part. Individual offices of varying increments are offered for sale (under a commercial condominium regime), or for lease with up to 7-year fixed rental terms.
- Highly visible, fully improved, commercial building pad fronting directly on the North MoPac highway. The pad will accommodate a single 14,500 s/f one story building with a 1:275 parking ratio, or a 5,500 s/f restaurant with 1:75 parking ratio.
